Calling ALL First Time Homebuyers!
Are you a family of 2 or less, earning less than $83,200 OR are you a family of 3 or more earning less than $97,000? Then VHDA may be for you!
No Down Payment? No Problem. If you are a First Time Homebuyer, you can get down payment assitance. A First Time Homebuyer is defined as someone who has not ever owned a home, someone who has not owned a home in the last three (3) years OR in certain circumstances has not lived in a home they own for the last three (3) years. If you are a First Time Homebuyer and are looking for down payment assistance, consider taking my VHDA First Time Homebuyer’s Class. This class will make you eligible to receive 3.5-5% in down payment assistance from the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA). There are certain eligibility requirements, but if you are a family of 3 or more, earning less than $97,000 annually, you could qualify for this program.
Contact any of my Preferred Mortgage Partners to get started with your VHDA mortgage loan approval.
